A 75-year-old woman was returning from the doctor’s office and was told that she had to install an application on her cell phone to control her pain treatment. Why didn’t they help her at the doctor’s office? It is a good question, but we helped this customer to install the required application, something that is simple for a child or teenager but that is complicated for an older person. The result, a client obtained the required service.

Another customer came with a laptop where Windows was frozen and unusable. The diagnosis: the hard drive was badly damaged, and the files would possibly be lost. The customer had thousands of family photos, the birth of his children, trips, graduations, etc. Fortunately, the data was still able to be saved and the laptop was made operational and repowered with a new solid-state drive. Another satisfied customer.
